HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! After checking out their website (very good site, detailed and informative), I rang Todd's Hi-Fi a couple of times to make inquiries about certain Hi Fi equipment. Every time the phone was answered promptly and the staff I spoke to (Julio & Jamal) were very professional and patient with answering my questions and provided great advise and suggestions! Once I decided what to purchase and placed my order online, one of Todd's team even rang me to suggest a more suitable (free of charge) shipment option! Great customer service - not very common these days! All items ordered arrived promptly and we are very happy with everything! Todd and his team are to be congratulated and we will definitely contact them again for future purchases. I highly recommend them to anyone - many thanks, guys!

Very happy with the service and my purchase from Todd’s. I had never heard of them before this but they came up on a Google search. Only a small purchase but the price was competitive compared to other major retailers and included free delivery (unlike others). I would happily order from them again.

I purchased the Technics SL-1210GR on 27 June 23 from the team at Todd's HiFi and couldn't be happier. Communication was first rate with the turntable being posted same day as order and delivery to Far North Queensland occurring 3 days later. The turntable itself is amazing with build quality and sound being exceptional. I have paired the turntable with an Ortofon 2m Bronze cartridge and Audiolab 6000a amplifier and Wharfdale Denton 85th anniversary speakers. Sounds amazing. Definitely would recommend Todd's HiFi to anyone looking for a great HiFi set up, their advice is straightforward and their value of product is exceptional.

I purchased my Yamaha RX-V385 5.1-Channel AV Receiver online. I was able to ask questions to ensure the unit would work with the speakers I had and to query returns policy if there were any issues. The staff were prompt and provided me with enough information to feel confident to buy online. Unit arrived a week later as it was waiting on stock to refill. The whole process, including price, I was satisifed with. I would definitely purchase from them again. Unit is awesome and the sound delivery exceeded my expectations.

Excellent service. Purchased 2 towers and a surround package and was greeted with professionalism all round. Staff helped me get speaker cable and talk me through so bi wiring setups over the phone. Will definitely be back. Can't beat prices either.

Just purchased a new TV at Todd's and had excellent service as I have each time I've been there. The installer was great and took the time to explain some things about how to operate the TV. I've purchased all of my home theater equipment from Todd's and highly recommend them.
